Update on Arm-ey Goodness. I am now weightlifting - a whole 2kg. I can even return to Body Pump exercise classes, as long as I'm gentle with myself and don't do it more than twice (maybe 3 times) per week!! Last night Hubby made me cry. With joy. I had a shower without the contraptionNo, it hasn't been removed by my orthos, but I have been removing it daily for a 15 min rest/wash most days.
